Fluffed Cafe @ Petaling Street in Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur

"It’s what you would expect at a dessert café near the bustling streets of petaling street: packed and noisy. So if you want to come here, best to plan in advance, lest you be caught off guard with a full house. Food is served a tad bit slow, might be because it was on a Sunday afternoon, so it was to be expected. Price is as usual for dessert shops of the same caliber, whether it be waffles or bingsu or gelato or tau fu fa. I’d recommend bringing a partner or 2-3 friends here to share the desserts, it’s a decent place to hangout (please don’t go on Sunday afternoons) and kill some time (or break friendships via card/board games). The environment is still quite relaxing most of the times, so it’s still quite a nice place to let off steam. Now, it’s time to comment on the food. The waffle is very crispy (not crunchy, the waffle is quite light and airy) and a bit fluffy too, the fruits complements the ice cream and waffle well, as the ice cream itself is not that sweet, forming a cold, crispy, airy feel in the mouth with a side of juicy sour-sweetness(straw/blue berries) or smooth fragrant sweetness(banana); a delight in a hot sunny afternoon. The caramel itself is not too sweet, but the popcorn pieces are a tad bit too sweet and sticky for my liking, but it’s still quite tasty overall 8/10 would recommend (-2 for personal preference)"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely heavenly! Fluffed Cafe & Dessert Bar is now my go-to spot for a dreamy escape. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is so cozy and chic—perfect for a sweet date or a treat-yourself moment. We tried the famous soufflé pancakes and they were worth every second of the wait. Like eating a cloud! The texture was flawless, and the fresh berries and cream paired perfectly. Also sampled the Matchamisu—a brilliant twist on a classic, with the most beautiful layered presentation. Service was wonderful; the staff was genuinely friendly and happy to explain the menu. Even the drinks were standout—their signature Sea Salt Cream Coffee was the best I’ve had. Every detail feels thoughtful, from the aesthetic decor to the exquisite plating. A little slice of dessert paradise. Can’t wait to come back and try everything else! Highly, highly recommend. Your sweet tooth will thank you!"

"Been longing to try this place, and it did not disappoint. Tried their Pooh bears favourite and it was amazingly good. The waffle was crispy and paired with their ice cream, it was a burst of flavour inside my mouth.Their staff were super friendly as well, helping us change to a more desired table. Highly recommend this place."

"Absolutely loved this waffle plate! The presentation is stunning, especially with the cute little cloud flag. The waffles were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and they paired perfectly with the ice cream and toppings. The aesthetics of this cafe are just as good as the food. "one of best places for desserts especially their sweet waffles & speciality drinks & now they even introduced the savory version of their waffles. the most common pairing has to be the fried chicken & waffles drenched with honey which I personally enjoyed it so much which comes with fries & a scoop of ice cream. the waffles were perfectly fluffy, the fried chicken were spot on, cooked to perfection & really tasty. even their drinks were really good too & not too mentioned, the fries were crunchy, perfectly seasoned. love their simple ambience, a nice place to relax & worth another visit."

"1. 22Jan26 - chanced upon this place while passing by. It's a cosy cafe with cute cloud motif. The Roti Bakar Waffle is their outlet special. I love the Hailam ice cream (tea flavour) and homemade burnt coconut butter slice. Overall their waffle and pandan kaya is nice too, though I would have preferred if the waffle was slightly crisp. Pandan crémeux is special, however I feel that it belongs more on a cake than waffle. Ordered and spent: RM33 @ Fluffed Cafe & Dessert Bar, Petaling Street (Roti Bakar Waffle RM30+10% svc charge (with Hailam ice cream, almond crumble, homemade burnt coconut butter sice, pandan kaya, pandan crémeux, salted coconut cream and basic waffle)). 2. 24Jan26 - returned to try their cakes. Was trying to decide between the Dubai chocolate cake and Tiramisu, hubby said Dubai one is probably sweet. Turns out the Tiramisu cake was rather sweet too due to the candied nuts toppings. Cake is not bad but I was disappointed that it is fusion style. Ordered and spent: RM19.80 @ Fluffed Cafe & Desert Bar, Petaling Street (Tiramisu cake slice RM18+10%). Redeemed free parfait with my 5 star Google review. Toilets (2 cubicles) are are clean and with toilet paper."

"We really loved Fluffed Cafe and Dessert Bar on Petaling Street. We came as a family of three, and honestly, one big sweet waffle would have been enough for all of us — the portion is very generous. But we also ordered an original waffle… and ended up completely full The waffles are super crispy and absolutely delicious. Everything we tried was very tasty and well made. We liked it so much that we came back another day specially for the savory waffles to have a late breakfast here — and they were amazing too! The savory waffle was just as good, not sweet at all, and very satisfying. Great food, great portions, and a lovely place to eat. Highly recommended — both sweet and savory waffles are excellent!"

"The place you can go if you crave for fluffy waffles. Ordered pooh’s favourite waffle, so good, warm waffle with creamy ice cream & fresh sweet strawberries & banana. Love the salted caramel sauce & the hokeypokey candy as topping. Will come back to try different flavour next time"
